How do I know if my prepay card has been sent for my tax refund? I haven't received any type of email and my refund already has been approved.

After placing your order, the Turbo Prepaid Visa card takes approximately 5-10 business days to arrive by mail. If your wait time has been longer, call customer service at (888) 285-4169. If the card was lost in the mail, Green Dot can replace it with a new card.
