You might try logging onto the annuity website, typically they have your past tax documents available.
If you do not have your last year's tax information available, you can look at your tax transcripts through the IRS Online website at IRS.gov. You can use this link to sign in to or create (if you do not have one) your IRS Online Account.
You can look at line 5 of your Form 1040. Box 5a shows the total amount of annuity distribution and Box 5b shows the taxable amount.
Also, you can look at your individual Form(s) 1099-R if you have multiple annuities. To do this, you will need to access your Form 1099-R details.

You can also call the issuers of your past-year's Form(s) 1099-R to get this information or access your online portal for your retirement plan.
The IRS has a tool that asks questions to determine, for 2025, 2024 or 2023, whether your qualified retirement plan or nonqualified annuity distribution is taxable. This may be of help, just click on Begin in the blue box to start the questions.
