How do I know if my fiancé can claim me on his tax return?

If you lived with him the whole year and you had less than $4,400 total income for the year. Here are the rules for claiming a dependent. Do you qualify as a dependent?

So, if I made slightly more than the $4,400 I do not qualify as a dependent? Even if I was not able to work much due to illness?

I have rental property in Georgia. I've operated at a loss for 5 years. How much of the loss can I claim on my state return? Is this entry made in the NOL section?
