How do I know if my 2022 TurboTax state return includes payment/submission of my D-400 form or if I need to wait to submit my returns?

This is for the state of NC. My understanding is that TT includes this and I don't need to fill anything else out separately, but I don't see anywhere I can check to make sure the form for 2022 has been made available to TT. I know they're supposed to come out sometime in the next few months.

Form D-400 is the individual income tax form used for North Carolina state individual income taxes.  

As you go through the North Carolina section of your return, Form D-400 is the one being completed.  You can verify that it is part of your return by printing or saving a PDF copy for your review.

Just to further verify that Form D-400 is currently available, take a look at the following TurboTax help article.  Click the blue this tool link inside the article.  Then use the drop-down boxes to see the North Carolina forms.  It will show that D-400 is available and ready to be filed and/or printed.
