How do I go back and complete Tn taxes ? That maybe why I don't have my taxes yet. Filed on Feb 9th ??

I did fed taxes and it said complete. But state taxes said incomplete will that delay my taxes ? It said I didn't have to do them ?

If you state tax says 'Incomplete' it has not been filed. If you wish to file the state return, here is how to re-enter the program and submit them: https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/5760899
