What do I need to do to make an amended return after taxes have been filed and distributed in my account due to mortgage interest incorrectly submitted and mip not submitted

When you Amend the return, fix everything.  Correct the Mortgage Interest under Your Home of the Federal Deductions and Credits area.

This is the same area you will add the MIP also.
