How do I get form 8962 to the IRS now ?

My question is.... I have not received 12C. The IRS is closed. I have form 8962 completed and dont know where to send it or who to send it to???

Unfortunately, you will have to wait for that Letter 12C to arrive, that is where you will see the information on where YOUR forms need to be sent.
