How do I get all the money back from family members who held me on their taxes illegally on my taxes?

LOL ... if they were not allowed to claim you as a dependent then all you need to do is file your own return to get your own refund.  You cannot get any of theirs even if it was ill gotten.

Explain what you mean. Who claimed you illegally and when?  How old are you now?  What years have you filed tax returns for?  Was there a year when you claimed yourself but could not because someone else claimed you?

Any money they "got back" for claiming you is not necessarily the same as you would have gotten back yourself. Also see:
