HOw do I get a refund for this turbo tax?

My Order #14961 that I paid $33.99.  I am unable to see the information that I already ordered.  You keep sending me information to update password.  I've done this and I see an account  but nothing there      I want a refund of my money and I .  will use another source to submit my tax return.  Get back to me asap.

Sorry, but no one here ca see your account.   Since the icon here indicates you are using the online version, You would need to contact Support for a refund.  Don't use the word refund, or you'll be sent to a web site about your tax refund.  Use something like billing matters instead.

You can wait until after 4/15 to request a refund if you want to avoid the long wait.
