How do I get a refund for efile when i mailed taxes in?

I was charged for efile and had to mail them in

There are no charges to e-file a federal or state tax return using the online editions.  The TurboTax account fees are for the use of the software to assist in completing your self-prepared tax returns.  The TurboTax account fees are the same whether a tax return is e-filed or printed for mailing.

What if I dont want to pay for the mail in of a state portion of  the turbo tax? How do get a refund for that?
