Sorry....Unless ttx changes what they did last year, there will be no "advances" for 2019 taxes until late January of 2020 at the earliest. IF what they did last year holds for 2019 taxes, you must fully prepare your 2019 tax return, submit it by e-file and have it accepted by the IRS first. The 2019 tax submissions won't be allowed until late in January 2020.
