How do I get a copy of my state tax return form WITHOUT the watermark that says "DO NOT FILE, FORM NOT COMPLETE".

I need to print my tax return form for my state taxes in California, but every copy of the form from TurboTax has the watermark on it.

Most TT/California forms are finalized in the Jan. 27 update and will not have the watermarks.
