How do I get a copy of my 2021 NY State original tax return from turbo tax

NY State withheld $1797 from my checking account. I did an amended return and received a refund but they haven't refunded my $1797

Did you owe on the original return?  You only get the amended refund.  The amended return is only difference you get back,  you don't get the whole tax due back.

Review the amended state return carefully ... note that the amount paid with the original return ( line 76) was taken into consideration on the amendment.  Then review the rest of the return to see how this affected the bottom line of the amended state return as to how  the bottom line of that form was determined.
