2013?    Even the IRS will not have a copy.   The IRS saves tax returns and copies of W-2's filed with them for seven years.   You could try asking the employer for a copy, but have low expectations.   Why do you want a W-2 that old?

Not sure if Social Security would have a copy.   You could inquire.   They have copies of W-2 for about $90, but not sure how far back they save them.

the Social Security Adm has copies going back to 1978. there's a fee.
