How do I fix my amended return that was rejected when there's no fix my return option?

I've spoken to Turbo Tax reps twice and was told that it would be available on certain dates but they've passed and there's still no option.

What does the reject say? If this was rejected more than a week ago, I would try to resubmit. There may not be anything to fix necessarily, it could have needed a software update before it would successfully go through.

There's no explanation or code in the email I got from TurboTax. Just the link, but no such link is there, just the regular TurboTax site. I can't even access my returns. The Home page clearly shows that the amendment has been rejected. Are you suggesting that I do another amendment? Thanks much for your time.

Update - I got brave and clicked on Amend and it brought me back to my original amendment and let me resubmit, but when it came to tranmitting I got an error stating The amended return cannot be accepted while the status of the original filing is unknown. So I'm still stuck.

Second update - after a while I got an email/text stating that my return was accepted. Whew! Thanks for your help. I believe I got that error message because after I printed my amended return the screen prompted me to mail it, so I hit the back button. Just confusion, hopefully I'm done.
