To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Start the 2022 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.

On the Tax Home webpage -

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

In addition to @DoninGA's comments, when you access your prior year return, you can type in the search bar, "Form 8962" and there should be a prompt to get to the section that creates the Form 8962 to compute the credit.

You qualify for the Premium Tax Credit if:

  • Your health insurance plan is purchased through Healthcare.gov or a state Marketplace
  • Your household income falls between 100% and 400% of the federal poverty level for your household size
  • You don't file as Married Filing Separately (with exceptions for victims of domestic abuse and spousal abandonment)
  • You can't be claimed as a dependent by another person

If you qualify, you can either take your tax credit as a monthly subsidy to help pay for your insurance costs or claim the entire credit when you file your tax return.

Regardless of which choice you make, when you enter the information from your 1095-A, we’ll calculate your Premium Tax Credit and prepare Form 8962 for you to file with your tax return.
