How do I find out why I didn’t receive my child tax credit when I filled my Taxes and I was in titled to the rest

Was there an amount on line 28 of your Form 1040?   Did you receive less than the amount on line 35a of your tax return?

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.

Yes line 35a was less than what was put on line 28, I think my refund was less than what it was suppose to be because I did qualify for full payment I made less than 45,000 with 2 kids and my refund was messed up I’m just trying to find out how I can get what’s owed

Wait for a letter from the IRS.  They do not notify TT.
