How do I find my tax return to print out? I had two returns and only one is showing up.

I can't access either one.  I did two returns with my email.  Only one is showing up(my mother's).  I can't access either my federal or my state.

If you did them both in the same account then the second return overwrote the first one and it is gone.  Did you set up a new account for your mother?  You can use the same email address for 5 different accounts and returns.

To find your account.  Hopefully you have another account.  First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you’re logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID’s for an email address.  Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used     <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/">https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/</a>

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the exact same User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

The TurboTax online editions can only be used to create one federal tax return per account and User ID.  To start another tax return using the online editions you must create a new account with a new unique User ID.  If you did not create a new account and completed a second return with the same account as the first tax return, then the first tax return was overwritten and is gone.
