If you paid your fees to TurboTax out of your refund, then Santa Barbra bank received your refund. 800-717-7228 or 877-908-7228.

If you paid your fees upfront, contact the IRS at 800-316-6541.

so i need to call that bank then is that what your telling me because i had turbo tax do my taxes and that makes turbo tax responsible for seeing that i get my mopney

Turbo Tax is not responsible for seeing if anyone receives a refund. We only provide a way for a taxpayer to prepare their taxes return. Once you prepare them, you have to check the IRS, they will be the ones to send your money. Also, you may want to check to see if your refund was offset.
