Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

I’ve been able to pull my 2018 info but it doesn’t have the date that I filed on any of the docs.

If you downloaded the PDF of the 2018 online tax return just recently there will be an Electronic Postmark Report included which will have the date/time the 2018 tax return was e-filed and the date it was accepted by the IRS, if accepted.
