How do i fill out an amendment for state taxes? I am a resident of a state without taxes, husband is not. I paid state taxes for his state.

Which states do you both live in and how did you mistakenly pay taxes for the wrong state?

In general, you will find the amendment screen, in the state software, at the State review screen; scroll down to "other situations".  But the software varies by state
