How do I file state taxes for prior years that I only filed federal for?

I filed online for 2018&2019using Turbotax online but didn't file state for some reason. I need to file both years state now.

You cannot file the 2018 and 2019 state returns online at this point.

If you want to use TurboTax, you will have to purchase both the 2018 and 2019 desktop products, prepare the returns, and then print and mail them.

You might be better off simply downloading the forms from your state's web site and preparing them manually.
