How do I file last year's taxes

By "last year" I presume you mean tax year 2024.   If you want to use TurboTax to do that, you have to use 2024 desktop software installed on a computer (not a tablet.)   It cannot be prepared online with TurboTax.    And the 2024 return cannot be efiled with TurboTax; it has to be printed, signed, dated, and mailed.  It's recommended to send it by a method that has tracking.
