No, do not combine all of the forms. You should combine all of the 1098s directly related to the refinance and enter it as one 1098. An example of this is if you refinanced two loans into one loan. Any 1098s not directly related to the refinance (ie. the one that reflects the loan being sold to another bank )should get entered separately. Please follow these steps:

Not sure why users are being asked to manually add the amounts from 2 different 1098s from different entities. First shouldn't the software doing all this calculator functionality?
Also if users are receiving multiple 1098s, same would be going to IRS, so not sure if this discrepancy will cause issues due to reporting less 1098s after combining multiple ones into one entry (even though amounts may match, is this right way to file taxes and should turbotax doing this for its customers like it does with various worksheets hidden from users)

There is a known problem with Home Mortgage Deduction. TurboTax is working to fix the problem and the many other issues. There are many changes due to the CARES Act that require software upgrades. We have not been given an expected date for the fix yet. Please check back often to see if you can file your return.

In the meantime, you can try work arounds. You did not provide the details of your Mortgage situation and therefore I am giving you a general work around that might help.
Interest worksheets are being created by the IRS. When they are completed, TurboTax will be able to program software for the changes.
