How do I enter my amounts from lines 12a and 12b from my w2 form on my Turbo Tax return without getting an error message when they are coded with the same letter?

I have 2 lines in box 12 that have the same letter D code. How can I enter those into my tax return online without getting an error message stating there are duplicate lines?

Why do you have 2?  Are they both for 401K contributions?  Is  one for a prior year like D 21?  Ask your employer.  You probably can add them together and enter it on 1 line.

Ignore the one marked D 21 ... that was for the 2021 tax year.  Only the one marked D 22 needs to be entered on a 2022 return.

@VolvoGirl ..Yes, they are both 401K deductions and both are coded with just the letter D.  One amount is listed on line 12a and the other amount is listed on line 12b. There are no other numbers shown in the boxes to indicate that either of those amounts were for a previous year's withholding.  I added them together and put the total into line 12a, since the total of the two amounts equals to what was withheld out of the wages listed in box 1 on that w2 form.
