How do I enter an extra previous payment made in 2019 for 2017 taxes in my amended 2017 return?

I am amending my 2017 return in 2019. I made a payment to the IRS for my 2017 return in 2019 when they sent me a letter. I am now amending my 2017 return because I owe more. where do I enter my 2017 payment made in 1019? The amended 2017 TurboTax will not take a 2019 date.
