You won't need to enter your 1098-MA. However, this may be helpful info for you in entering your 1098 Mortgage Interest Statement.

Form 1098 MA is primarily an informational form. Box 3 on Form 1098 MA may be included in your tax return but only if it only includes mortgage interest only.  

If you also received a Form 1098 –  Mortgage Interest Statement and a Form 1098-MA for the same mortgage, the maximum amount of interest you can deduct is the amount in Box 1 of the Form 1098 Mortgage Interest Statement.

Do I have to use the safe harbor deduction computation written in 1098-MA if its for my primary home? I ask this because  form 1098-MA also says " However, you are not required to use this safe-harbor method to compute your deduction for mortgage interest and real property taxes on your main home. "
