How do I change my federal refund to do it electronically?

I mailed in my federal refund paperwork twice but havent gotten an verification that it was received.  What should I do?

NOTHING ... do not try to efile the return if you have already mailed the return to the correct address twice ... paper returns are taking 6 months to a year to process and all you can do is wait.

Did you use a tracking service?  If not, the only verification you get is when it finally shows up on the IRS website
