How do I cancel my order with TurboTax? I want a refund for my payment

Did you already file or print your tax return? If you have you won't be able to cancel your order:

Per our End User License Agreement for TurboTax Online:

You may use the TurboTax Online software without charge up to the point you decide to print or electronically file your tax return. Printing or electronically filing your return reflects your satisfaction with software, at which time you will be required to pay or register for the Services.

If you have not already filed and are requesting a refund please contact us.

Have you filed?  If you have, you cannot get the refund. If you have not, you can talk to our customer service here:  TurboTax contact

As it is approaching the end of tax season ( May 17), please be aware that the wait time might be longer than normal.
