How do I attach a copy of a form to my Turbo Tax return?

I am claiming the Solar Energy Credit in SC and it says I need to attach Form SC SCH TC-38 to my return. Does this mean I can't eFile?

You will not be able to efile because the SC SCH TC-38 requires a certification certification that you received from the manufacturer of the solar products.  You will have to mail your tax return if you did not apply for the credit before you file.

The form says if you efile to keep a copy with our records.  Does turbotax recommend not to efile even though it says you can on the form?

The certification only applies if the PV system is not interconnected with utility company otherwise the interconnection agreement suffices for the state certification and is not required to be sent with return only SC SCH.TC-38 is required.
