How do I apply for the advance turbo loan

Sorry---you cannot "apply" for a loan. The refund advance loans will not be available until January; the loan has to be offered to you. No money is issued until the IRS accepts your e-file, which would be no earlier than end of January.

The Refund Advance loan won't be available until after January 1 and just when you are ready to file. Then you don't get it until AFTER your efile is Accepted by the IRS. The IRS usually won’t start accepting returns until late January.
