How do I amend my 2021 taxes so that it shows that I did receive Recovery Rebate Credit?

You don't amend a return for the Recovery Rebate Credit.  The IRS has all the information about who received or did not receive the Recovery Rebate Credit, so if your entered the wrong information, the IRS will automatically correct your return.  They will also send you a letter explaining what they changed, the letter can take 3 to 6 weeks to receive it.
