If you do NOT provide over one half of her support you cannot claim her as your dependent.
The help you provided is not deductible but it is kindness you are giving to your Mom.
It is not clear what you are trying to accomplish. If you did not support your mother financially, why are you trying to enter anything on your tax return about driving her around or about helping her at home? Those are not deductible on your tax return--those are just things you do for your mom. Please explain why you are trying to enter that your mom was blind and that you helped her around her home.
