You messed up. That business was supposed to be reported on your 1040 that has been filed. If it is a sole proprietorship, it should have been reported on Schedule C. If it was a partnership or multimember LLC, Form 1065 needed to be filed, and your K-1 should have been included with your 1040. If it were an entity that elected to be classified as an S-Corp, Form 1120-S needed to be filed, and your K-1 should have been included with your 1040. if your return is accepted, you'll need to amend your 1040 and possibly file additional returns as indicated above. An amended 1040 can not be filed until the original is fully processed. Then, in late February, TurborTax will have Form 1040-X, which you will use to amend your 1040.
To amend your return, follow these steps: How to File an Amended Tax Return with the IRS - TurboTax.
You will be able to add the income (and expenses if applicable).
