Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.

Entering Social Security benefits (SSA-1099) into TurboTax:

Open your return.
Search for ssa1099 in the search box (upper-right corner).
Click on Jump to ssa1099.
Answer the interview questions.

What do you mean not accepted yet? Are you asking about a 2020 or 2021 return? It's way too early to even submit and file 2021 so you can keep working on your return and adding more info. You can go back in and add it. You can jump around and enter things out of order.
