You don't have to add the 1099-MISC to your tax return, or file an amended return. As long as you correctly reported the income, the form itself doesn't matter. Just keep it with your other tax records for 2018. The 1099-MISC form is not actually part of your tax return.
Since you already reported the income, if you try to create an amended return the amended return would show no change, so there is nothing to file.
