You need to log into the broker's account online to download/print their forms ... when you imported the info into the TT program ONLY the info was moved onto tax forms so the broker forms were never actually pulled.

make sure the download is either pdf or txt format. for pdf you'll need a program that can read a pdf file.  most browsers can do this so after viewing the form at the broker you can print out directly without downloading.

When you import from a financial institution, the 1099-B is not downloaded, only the data that it contains that is used to populate 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, Schedule D, etc., is downloaded,  not the form itself.
