How did TurboTax get an 'estimated refund date' of 2/9 when the IRS's 'Where's My Refund' tool will not provide me with a status and won't release funds til MID Feb??????

The estimate is based on the IRS statement that most refunds are processed within 21 days ... nothing more than that.

For the actual DDD watch the IRS site for updates.
