How come I haven't heard anything from My amended taxes

I had two different jobs in 2016 and my first w-2 job got put in twice and my other job never got put in and now its saying I Owe I always get my tax money and I amended it but haven't heard anything from IRS?

It takes about 16 weeks before they process an amended return. After that then you can start checking your status on the IRS website. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3302320
