@Richard1966  Once your return is accepted, the government will either review your refund or process your tax payments.  

If you're due a refund, the IRS will typically issue it within 21 days.  You can track the status at the IRS Where's My Refund? site.  If it's been longer than 21 days since your refund was accepted, we recommend contacting the IRS directly.  Go here for tips on reaching a live IRS agent when you call.
