How can I update my taxes to check the box that says my father can claim me on his taxes?

I already sent mine in and his got rejected

Since you have already filed your return & it has been accepted, to make the correction you need to amend your return.  Amended returns must be mailed.  You father would have to mail in his return since it takes so long to process an amended return, the IRS would most likely not have their system cleared so he would not get the rejection.
