How can I transfer last year's return info to this year? I have not filed with Turbo and I have a PDF version of last year's return. is it even possible?

A PDF transfer will only bring over a limited amount of information, usually just personal info.

The transfer can only occur when you first start your tax return using the online editions.  You will be asked if you have a prior year tax return to transfer.  If you used the TurboTax online editions for the 2018 return it will transfer automatically when you sign onto the 2019 account with the same User ID for the 2018 online return.

If you have already started the online tax return, then clear return and start over.

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over with a lower priced edition. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2019 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.
