How can I talk to someone about Turbotax telling me that I didn't file my 2020 taxes with them, but I received a refund and have a printout of what I filed?

I'm trying to access my 2020 Turbotax, but it's telling me that I didn't file with them that year, and won't take the activation code.  I use the service every year, filed my taxes electronically, printed out the hard copy, and received my refund.  When I found my Jan 16, 2020 download confirmation email, it says I purchased the 2019 version, but I had already purchased and done my 2019 taxes the previous year. How do I access the 2020 return, as I want to review it?

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
