If your filing shows a refund, then IRS will mail you a check. That's what they do.

Everything is delayed now.

@red81sw Your question does not make sense.     What do you want mailed to you?  If YOU owe tax due, then you are supposed to send your payment to the IRS either by mailing it yourself or by using the IRS payment site.

TurboTax does not mail anything to you.  If you need a copy of your tax return, you print it out for yourself.

If you are expecting a tax refund--as shown on line 20 of your Form 1040-- then the IRS ssu can mail it to the address on your return when it issued.

So-----do you owe tax due?  Is there an amount on line 23 of your tax return?   Or are you getting a refund?  A refund is on line 20.
