You appear to be using the TurboTax Business Edition (at least that is what is showing by your username above.)  You can submit a refund request online at:

https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/forms/refund-request.jsp

If you have any problems and need to talk to TurboTax Support, use the form at the link below to be assigned a phone number or schedule a callback. The number will not display when they are closed.  This time of year they are open 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern) Mon-Fri.

If you use the contact link to call support, when you enter your question on the contact page, do not use the word "refund." If you do, it will give you the phone number for checking the status of your tax refund. Instead, say that you have a billing issue.
