(Asking for my brother) He originally e-filed both his federal and state taxes (IL) but was rejected from e-filing his state taxes (the federal tax form was accepted). He was charged $24.99 for originally e-filing his state taxes. However, he will now be mailing his state tax forms. Is there anyway he can get the $24.99 refunded since he will no longer be e-filing his state tax forms?
