How can I get access to my tax forms. I have entererd all of the data and see my federal and state financial summary but can find a way to see the actual forms.

You are using online software.  You do not have Forms mode with online so you do not have direct access to the forms.   You can see your Form 1040 now but not the other forms until you pay your fees.  Forms mode is a feature of the CD/download which you do not have with online.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.

Pay the preparation fee and register -- then you can see your entire return.
Visit the Print Center to get the ball rolling.

You will need it if you are audited by the IRS, or to amend if a TurboTax update changes your return or for any other reason,
