How can I fix form 8915f-s? it's no where within my return and even the Turbo Tax rep has no idea how to fix?

I got an error message to add my spouses' first name on form 8915F-S. Where do I actually find the form to follow these instructions?

the form won't be available until 2-11-2026, according to TurboTax website.

it's 2/18/2026 and it still isn't available, because you're all a bunch of compulsive liars.
