There is no way to know with certainty until you try to file your own tax return.
If you file electronically and someone has claimed you, the IRS will reject your e-filed return, and you’ll have to file by mail.
If you file on paper and someone has claimed you, your return may be adjusted and you’ll be notified by mail.
The IRS will not tell you, due to privacy concerns. And a person does not necessarily need your approval to claim you, if you otherwise meet the requirements to be their dependent.
Conversely, you cannot just give someone else the okay to claim you if you do not meet the IRS requirements.
