If you used TurboTax online then you can use our account recovery tool found here https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/

If you used the desktop edition then the return will be stored on the computer you used to prepare your return on.

I have filed through someone else but they told me they filed through turbo tax, but with a different account.
